Citizens of Brobdingnag! Something is afoot in Tribnia. Some lawless Lilliputians have been creating mischief - things are being meddled with and some have disappeared completely.

The Langden are not happy and have stolen a Lilliputian treasure, which they have hidden somewhere in Beware-not-out-North, where the small folk can neither find nor recover it.

The help of you Brobdingnag's is needed to restore the peace, by helping put things back how they should be and by finding the hidden Lilliputian treasure.

The Lilliputians have eyes everywhere, so the Langden

have sent these coded messages. They may or may not help you on the day.

The messages are:

“Bedal claft all alood house”

"For us pagnim alood BigD"

Useful information:

• No prior knowledge is required to participate - all information needed to solve the hunt will be available on the day.

• There will be some walking about, so sensible shoes are recommended.

• There is no team minimum or maximum, but we may even out numbers on the day, or team-find for individuals.

• Each team will need at least 40m of string. A pair of scissors and a tapemeasure would be useful, but these will be available for everyone to share on the day.

• There is a treasure to be found by the first team to solve the hunt.

• The day has been structured to allow teams to purchase lunch at the Old New Inn, whilst continuing with the hunt. Other food options are available around Bourton.

• Solving the flyer codes is not essential for attending the event.

• Now in it’s fourth year, the previous years hunts have been a great success with everyone having a (code)cracking good time.
